Description:
A sublime plaque, a very rare example of a piece of pottery without lustre or any coloured decoration. The contrast between the monochrome transfer with its detailed lettering, and the plain, cream background is particularly attractive.
Circa 1830-40
Approx - 6.25 inches (160mm) dia.
In very good condition throughout.
